2. I'd like to book Equestrian Images for my event. What should I do?

To book us as photographers for your event please complete the online event booking form or alternatively call 07990 534566 or email info@EquestrianImages.co.uk. We will call you back to confirm the details and that we are able to attend. Please note we can also provide photographers for other sporting events and social occasions.

3. Why should I use Equestrian Images?

We specialise in equine photography and our photographers know horses. Most of our photographers are horse owners and riders. All our photographers complete a horse photography training course.

4. How much do the photos cost?

Our pricelist is here. 10% discount is given for order of 3 or more photos.

5. Can you supply photos on CD?

We don't generally supply photos on CD. However we are happy to discuss your digital image requirements on a case by case basis.

6. Are you able to remove background objects from the photos?

Yes in most cases we can do this. Depending on the complexity of the work required an additional charge may be necessary. For simple jobs we can often do this at no extra charge. Please contact us with your requirements.

7. What size prints do you offer?

Our standard sizes are shown on our price list. However we can print just about any size photo you wish. Please contact us if you would like a price for a size not shown on our pricelist.

8. Can you supply photo gifts such as jigsaws, mugs, mouse mats etc.?

Yes we can supply any type of photo gift. Please contact us for further information.

9. Do you offer canvas prints?

Yes we do offer canvas prints. Please contact us for prices.

10. I would like a digital image because I'm selling my horse. Can email me a copy?

We are happy to provide you with a low resolution image for use on horse sales websites if you have previously purchased a print.

11. I see you are offering digital images to fans of your Facebook page. What is this about?

If you purchase a print from us and you are a fan of our Facebook page we will, on request, send you a digital image sized for display in your own Facebook photo albums.

12. Do you print photos on site?

We pride ourselves on delivering quality images. Printing on site can only be achieved by use of a Dye Sub printer. However there are some significant disadvantages when printing on site.

a. Printing to order on site doesn't allow time (especially when busy) to process the image correctly for printing. With professional digital SLR cameras some digital processing must take place before printing to ensure the best quality. In addition we like to ensure images are correctly cropped where necessary. Many companies do not take care to process the digital images before printing.

b. Our images are printed in a professional photo lab. All our photos are guaranteed for life and will not fade if treated correctly. Photos printed on site are more prone to fading.

c. Colour casts are a common problem with on site printing. This can happen for a number of reasons. Before our images are sent to the lab for printing they are digitally processed using a monitor which is correctly calibrated.
